Lisa Courts is a wife, mother of 3, NKU graduate, and has a true love for real estate. Before even considering getting her license, as a hobby, Lisa would research local homes for sale, evaluating their features and prices.
With all that said, Lisa’s best quality is loyalty and enthusiasm (any other enneagram 7’s out there?). When if comes to her clients, she treats them as family. A client’s opportunity gives Lisa the excitement to not only to find them a house, but to put them in a home.

Representing Northern Kentucky homeowners and future homeowners, Laurie is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and promoting the uniqueness of the NKY community. Raised in Northern Kentucky, Laurie is actively involved in her community. She serves as the secretary of the Bellevue Education Foundation and has raised four children in Campbell County.
Prior to entering real estate, Laurie’s first career spanned 30 years in education. She and her husband, Bryan, own a home-remodeling and renovation business in their hometown of Bellevue, Kentucky. Together, the couple transform homes by aligning their talents in construction and design. See their most recent renovated home showcased in Beyond the Curb Spring 2022 Tour.

Hi, I’m Molly Kitchen. I am born and raised in Alexandria, KY where I went to Campbell County High School. I am a graduate from Thomas More College with a degree in Educational Studies. Throughout my time there I worked as a preschool teacher at Walnut Hills Academy with children ages 15 months - 4 years old. After graduating from college I worked in a public school setting where I assisted children with learning disabilities. I have always had a huge passion for caring for children and helping others which I learned at a very young age and grew that passion all throughout high school, college, and college.
After helping Kids for so long, I decided helping adults would be fun too, which made me want to become a Realtor. What greater joy could there be for a job than helping others find a place to live and own it? I look forward to assisting as many individuals and families that I can in finding their dream Home.

I am a husband, father of 4 amazing kids, and an advocate for making the lives of people around me better. When I am not taking kids to sports or going on date nights I enjoy being outdoors, riding motorcycles, and simply being around friends.
My goal in helping someone find a home is not just helping them find a house, but instead find THE home. The home they get to sit on the back porch watching the sunset, the home they want to invite people into, the home they never want to leave because it feels like part of them, the home of their dreams.
